CFFIL CH51
The Little Lamb sat in his seat. Unlike the fiery atmosphere around him, he took a vocabulary book out of his schoolbag and started memorizing words silently.
The people around him looked at him like he was an alien.
But after Seth’s earlier declaration of sovereignty, no one came up to talk to him.
It wasn’t until Seth entered the ring that the Little Lamb put down his book and looked up.
His position was very good, with a wide field of vision. He could almost see every bead of sweat dripping from Seth’s chin clearly.
With every punch, Fang Chen’s heart was almost in his throat. He bit his lip, finally understanding why Uncle Willow didn’t want Seth to fight here.
These people fought like they had nothing to lose. Unlike a formal boxing match, there were almost no rules here. It wasn’t unheard of for people to be beaten to death.
Several times, when he saw a fist land on Seth, the Little Lamb almost couldn’t help but scream.
It was too scary.
How could there be such a bloody and violent sport in this world?
Finally, the match ended. Fang Chen ran down with his schoolbag. Seth had just stepped out of the ring, sweat trickling down the grooves of his muscles. He casually wiped his face, and the next second, he saw the Little Lamb running towards him. The youth looked up at him, his eyes red, filled with tears, as if he were about to cry.
Seth’s heart skipped a beat.
Even the match just now hadn’t made him this nervous.
His breath hitched, his face suddenly darkened, and he looked from side to side. “Did someone bully you?”
Fang Chen shook his head. Because of this movement, a teardrop fell.
Seth had never felt this way before. It was as if that teardrop had hit his heart, so hot it was about to burn a hole through it.
He subconsciously reached out to wipe Fang Chen’s tears, but his hand froze mid-air. He felt that his hand was covered in sweat and blood and was afraid of dirtying the youth’s face.
Seth gritted his teeth and softened his tone. “Don’t cry… don’t cry…”
It was his first time coaxing someone, and he was clumsily at a loss for words.
Fang Chen wiped his tears. “Let’s go to the hospital.”
Seth was stunned for a moment.
Only then did Fang Chen realize that he had spoken in Chinese out of haste. He stammered out the sentence again in English, so anxious that he didn’t know if his pronunciation was correct.
Seth smiled helplessly. “I’m fine. It looks scary, but I’ll just rinse it off and clean it up.”
Fang Chen still looked at him with red eyes.
Seth could only say, “Come with me to the locker room. I’ll bandage it in front of you.”
Fang Chen sniffled, hugged his schoolbag, and nodded heavily.
Crossing the noisy hall, they arrived at an iron door. Seth took out the key, opened the door, and stepped aside. “Come in.”
Fang Chen obediently walked in.
The room was simple, with a long sofa and a simple wardrobe. Seth took a change of clothes from the cabinet and gestured with his chin. “I’m going to take a shower. You wait for me.”
Fang Chen stammered, “Medicine!”
Seth smiled. “I’ll put on medicine after I shower.”
Only then did Fang Chen nod.
He sat on the sofa, looking around. The environment here was really not good. Seth was born with a golden spoon in his mouth, had lived in a manor since he was a child, and was chauffeured in luxury cars. He was different from those who fought for a living. Why did he come here?
The sound of rushing water from the bathroom finally stopped.
Seth pushed the door open and walked out. Fang Chen looked up at the sound, and his face instantly turned beet red.
Seth was bare-chested, with only a bath towel wrapped around his waist. He casually wiped his hair with a towel.
Fang Chen didn’t know where to put his eyes. He saw that Seth’s strong chest muscles were a little red.
He immediately became worried.
Such big chest muscles, don’t let them get damaged.
I want to help him rub them…
Realizing what he was thinking, Fang Chen felt a momentary guilt and quickly looked away.
Get a grip!
This is not the time for you to be infatuated with a man’s body.
The changes in the youth’s gaze and expression were all seen by Seth. He lowered his eyes, a barely perceptible smile on his lips.
Seth walked forward, his tone natural. “Can you help me put on the medicine?”
Fang Chen shot up from his seat and said flusteredly, “Me? I don’t know how. We should still, go to the hospital.”
“No need to go to the hospital.”
Seth brought over the first-aid kit without another word. “It’s very simple. You just apply the lotion to my body and rub it a couple of times.”
Afraid that Fang Chen wouldn’t understand, he slowed down his speech and even demonstrated with his actions.
Fang Chen was conflicted, but Seth had already handed the medicated oil to him. He could only take it with a stiff upper lip.
The medicated oil was transparent. Fang Chen poured it into his hand and tentatively applied it to a wound on the man’s shoulder blade. Afraid of hurting Seth, he didn’t dare to use force at first. But seeing Seth’s face was as usual, as if he didn’t feel anything, he slightly increased the force to rub.
Seth’s muscles were really hard, like hard rocks. Fang Chen was tired from applying the medicine and rubbing his wounds, his own hands aching.
After applying the medicine to the last wound, he himself let out a sigh of relief. Just as he was about to withdraw his hand, Seth suddenly grabbed his wrist, his voice low. “And here.”
He held Fang Chen’s wrist and guided it to his chest muscles.
In an instant, Fang Chen’s mind went blank.
He just touched it?
The Little Lamb was dazed and swallowed.
The muscles here were different from other places. They felt springy and soft to the touch. He couldn’t resist and even poked it tentatively with his finger.
Seth wanted to laugh.
But afraid that the youth was thin-skinned, he suppressed his laughter and deliberately said in a serious tone, “This also needs to be rubbed.”
Fang Chen was dizzy and nodded.
It does need to be rubbed. He had seen it was a little red just now.
The transparent medicated oil was applied. Under the dim yellow light, the chest muscles seemed to be coated with a layer of honey. Fang Chen’s hand slid back and forth on it. He didn’t know if he was tired or what, but he felt he couldn’t use any strength and could only rub randomly. His fingers even inadvertently touched those two points.
He froze, snatched his hand back, and looked at the man at a loss.
Seth raised an eyebrow at him.
Fang Chen felt like his whole body was on fire. The touch was still on his hand. His heart was pounding, almost about to jump out of his throat.
He stammered, “It’s, it’s done.”
Surprisingly, Seth didn’t say anything more. He said “mm,” and felt a little like taking another shower.
Fang Chen went to wipe his hands, his head lowered, the tips of his ears under his black hair turning bright red.
Seth looked at him from behind, desperately wanting to go up and take a bite.
After the medicine on Seth’s body had dried, he changed his clothes, and then they left the underground boxing ring.
The driver had not left and was still waiting at the door.
It wasn’t until they got in the car that Fang Chen couldn’t help but ask, “Brother, why do you go to that kind of place to fight?”
Ralph, who was driving in front, twitched his eyelid.
The new young master didn’t know any better. This was Seth’s trigger point. Usually, as soon as the underground boxing ring was mentioned, he was guaranteed to explode.
He hated it when others interfered in his affairs.
Surprisingly, this time not only did Seth not get angry, but he also explained patiently. He even spoke slowly, afraid that Fang Chen wouldn’t understand. “Fighting here is thrilling. You can get in the ring at any time, and there aren’t so many rules.”
Fang Chen didn’t quite understand. “Thrilling?”
“When I’m fighting, I feel like I can vent all my frustrations.”
Fang Chen was at a loss for words. He asked worriedly, “Brother, haven’t you seen a doctor? This could be a psychological problem.”
A bit like violent tendencies.
Seth, “…”
He was so angry he laughed. He raised an eyebrow, his expression deliberately darkening. “What do you mean?”
Fang Chen was indeed frightened, his face turning pale.
But thinking about the scene at the underground boxing ring just now, he still said, holding back his fear, “Brother, can you please not go there to fight anymore?”
It’s over.
Ralph said silently in his heart.
He was even considering whether to turn directly to the hospital at the next intersection. He felt like Seth’s fist would fly out at any moment. This new young master looked so thin and weak. Wouldn’t one punch kill him?
The more he thought, the more scared he became.
Who would have thought that the next second, he would hear Seth’s slightly helpless voice, “If I don’t go, then I don’t go. Why are you crying again? I’ve never seen anyone cry as easily as you.”
Fang Chen turned his face away, his voice still nasal. “I’m not going to cry.”
Not crying, yet your eyes are so red.
Seth was completely defeated by him.
He had always had a bad temper, loved to fight, and there was nothing that could scare him. Until he faced Fang Chen’s tears, for the first time, he experienced the feeling of his heart pounding.
Fang Chen sniffled, took out his phone, and aimed it at Seth. “Say it again. I want to record it.”
Seth was both angry and amused. “What are you recording it for? It’s not like I’m going to lie to you.”
Fang Chen bit his lip and didn’t say anything, just looked at him intently.
Seth closed his eyes, realizing that he had no way of dealing with Fang Chen. In the end, he could only grit his teeth, take the phone, and stiffly start recording.
“I, Seth Bolton, promise Fang Chen that I will not go to the underground boxing ring to fight anymore.”
After the recording was finished, he gave the phone back to Fang Chen. “Are you satisfied now?”
Fang Chen held the phone, his head buried, and sent the voice message to Uncle Willow. Without looking up, he said, “You better not lie to me. I’ll be following you all the time.”
Following him all the time?
Seth’s lips curved.
“You’re the one who said it.”
Ralph in front was completely dumbfounded.
Is this right?
Did Seth get hit in the head during the fight today?
He doesn’t seem normal.
Back at the manor, Willow and Julie had gone to a reception, so only the two of them were having dinner together.
Fang Chen was much more relaxed than yesterday.
During the entire meal, Seth’s gaze was basically on the youth, watching him as his eyes would curve when he ate something delicious. He would push the things he disliked to the side of his plate, planning to eat them last.
Finally, holding his fork, he stared at the green pepper with a pained expression for a full minute before letting out a small sigh, preparing to eat it in one go.
But before the fork could land, Seth next to him had already forked it away and put it directly into his own mouth.
Fang Chen’s eyes widened, looking at him in disbelief. “You—”
Seth looked very generous. “I can help you eat what you don’t like.”
How can he do that!
Although he doesn’t like it.
But how can he let someone else eat the leftovers on his plate?
It might even have his saliva on it.
Fang Chen struggled for a long time, but in the end, he didn’t say anything.
But he was clearly not happy. After finishing the meal, he didn’t talk to Seth again and was about to go upstairs to his bedroom to take a shower.
Seth followed him like a big dog. Seeing that Fang Chen was about to go back to his room and close the door, he quickly stopped him.
He stared into Fang Chen’s eyes. “Are you angry? Just because I ate your green pepper.”
Fang Chen said in a small voice, “I’m not.”
Seth said dryly, “Don’t be angry.”
“…I’m not angry,” Fang Chen muttered. “I just feel that the things on my plate, with my saliva on them… are not clean.”
There’s saliva?
Seth’s Adam’s apple bobbed up and down. He felt his whole body heat up.
It was just a pity he had eaten it too quickly and hadn’t savored it carefully.
He swallowed. “It’s not dirty.”
Fang Chen felt his face getting a little hot. He didn’t want to discuss the cleanliness of saliva with him. He pushed the door several times but couldn’t move it. Seth was holding it tightly.
He said helplessly, “Brother, is there anything else?”
Seth stared at him for a few seconds. “No.”
He said no, but his hand didn’t let go. Fang Chen frowned. “I’m going to take a shower.”
Seth let out a deep breath and finally let go of his hand.
The next second, the door slammed shut in front of him.
Seth stood there for two seconds, then also turned and went back to his room.
He needed to take a cold shower too.
On the other side, Julie and Willow had just returned from the reception.
In the car, Willow played the audio Fang Chen had sent him. Seth’s “promise” rang throughout the car.
Both of them were stunned.
Julie tentatively said, “The voice sounds a bit like Seth’s.”
Willow was suspicious. “It can’t be synthesized, can it?”
He had threatened, bribed, and even argued with Seth every day, but he couldn’t get him to give up. This Fang Chen had been here for less than a day, and he had gotten Seth to agree, and even voluntarily record it?
Julie said nervously, “He can’t have hit Fang Chen, can he?”
Willow’s expression became serious. He told the driver to drive faster.
They sped back to the manor. It was already late, and the servants were all resting. The living room light was still on, and they could vaguely hear a sound from the kitchen.
The two of them were afraid of seeing some bloody scene.
But when they hurried to the kitchen door and looked in, the dim yellow light was on inside. Their proud and arrogant son was wearing an apron and cooking something.
Fang Chen was sitting next to him, his chin resting on his hand. He didn’t know what Seth had said, but he was smiling with his eyes curved.
He heard the sound, looked up, and said in surprise, “Auntie Julie, you’re back?”
Seth looked up but said nothing.
Julie said “mm,” her gaze shifting between the two of them. She asked tentatively, “You’re still not asleep so late?”
Fang Chen smiled embarrassedly. “I was a little hungry, so my brother came to heat up some milk for me.”
Willow looked at Seth in disbelief.
His lips moved, as if he wanted to say something, but Julie pulled him, forcing him away.
Turning off the heat, Seth poured the hot milk into a glass. He didn’t heat it too much, afraid Fang Chen wouldn’t be able to drink it. Then he brought the glass to Fang Chen. “Drink slowly, don’t burn yourself.”
Fang Chen obediently said, “Okay, thank you, brother.”
He had originally wanted to come down to see if there were any cookies or something. He didn’t expect to run into Seth, and he certainly didn’t expect Seth to voluntarily heat up milk for him.
While drinking the milk, Seth didn’t leave. He just sat next to him, his gaze fixed on him.
Fang Chen felt a little creeped out by his staring. He sped up, tilted his head back, and finished the milk in one gulp, then took the glass to wash it.
Seth snatched it away directly. “No need for you. I’ll do it.”
“But you already helped me heat the milk…”
“It’s getting late,” Seth interrupted him. “Hurry up and go to sleep, or you won’t be able to get up tomorrow morning.”
Seeing this, Fang Chen didn’t insist anymore, wiped his mouth, and went upstairs.
After he left, Seth looked at the glass in his hand, lifted it slightly, and lowered his head. He gently licked the lip print Fang Chen had left on it.
Kinda sweet.
Even if Willow didn’t quite believe it, the fact was that Seth never went to the underground boxing ring again.
His routine now was frighteningly regular.
Every morning, while Fang Chen was eating, he would check his schoolbag and stuff some snacks and fruit inside. He would book a restaurant for lunch in advance. After returning to the manor in the evening, he would tutor Fang Chen in English.
Willow almost didn’t recognize his own son.
But not having fought for more than ten days, his hands were indeed itching. The manager of the underground boxing ring had called him several times, trying to persuade him to return to the ring, but Seth had refused every time.
The manager thought it was about money. “Are you not satisfied with the cut? We can talk about it again.”
Seth said lightly, “It’s not about the money.”
He didn’t want to make Fang Chen cry again.
After hanging up, perhaps because of the manager’s words, the restlessness in his bones surged up again. It was the weekend, and Fang Chen was taking a nap at this time. Seth simply went to the gym upstairs.
After living here for a month, Fang Chen was getting more and more comfortable. Auntie Julie was beautiful, kind-hearted, and gentle. Uncle Willow, although serious, was very good to him. And Seth, who he had initially thought was a violent maniac, was actually just a clingy big dog.
After taking a nap, Fang Chen was craving some small cakes. He got up in his slippers and, without any hesitation, went straight to knock on Seth’s door.
The blueberry cupcakes Seth had newly learned to bake two days ago were delicious. Fang Chen could eat one all by himself.
He knocked on the door, but no one opened it.
Fang Chen directly turned the doorknob and poked his head in to look.
No one.
Did Seth go out?
Fang Chen’s heart skipped a beat. He couldn’t have gone to fight again while he was sleeping, could he?
He was about to call Seth when he suddenly stopped.
Hmm??
Why did the shirt on Seth’s chair look so familiar?
Fang Chen hesitated for a few seconds and walked in.
He picked up the shirt on the chair and looked at it. To his surprise, he found that it was the one he had lost two days ago.
Although his and Seth’s uniforms were the same, their sizes were vastly different. Fang Chen was very sure that this was his.
But how did his clothes end up in Seth’s room?
Fang Chen was conflicted for a moment, then took the clothes back to his own room.
Then, he called Seth.
Seth answered quickly. On the phone, his voice was rough and panting.
Fang Chen’s heart skipped a beat. “Brother, where are you?”
“Upstairs, in the gym.” Seth asked in a low voice, “Are you awake? I’ll be right down.”
Fang Chen felt a little guilty for having just wrongly accused Seth of going to fight in his mind, but he quickly became righteous again. “I want to eat blueberry cupcakes.”
Seth smiled. “Okay, I’ll go bake them for you.”
After eating the small cakes, Fang Chen quickly forgot about the shirt. He didn’t expect Seth to go back to his room, and then come out with a solemn expression, seriously asking the butler, “Who entered my room?”
The butler was stunned. “No one.”
Apart from the daily morning cleaning, the servants usually did not enter Seth’s room.
Seeing Seth’s ugly face, the butler asked tentatively, “Did you lose something?”
If he really lost something, then it would be a big deal.
Seth’s face was sullen. “I’ll look for it again…”
“No need to look.” Fang Chen walked over at some point, his mouth still stained with blueberry sauce, but his face was stern. “I took it.”
The air seemed to freeze in an instant.
The butler was clueless and a little dazed.
Seth waved his hand, signaling him to leave first, then went to take Fang Chen’s hand. “Listen to me…”
Fang Chen pouted. “You tell me, why did you steal my clothes?”
Seth’s breath hitched.
He was silent for a few seconds. “Come into the room and I’ll tell you.”
Fang Chen was obediently led into the room by him.
The door closed behind them. Seth’s breathing was heavy. His voice was low as he asked Fang Chen back, “What do you think I did with your shirt?”
Fang Chen blinked his eyes. “How would I know? Used it as a rag to wipe the table? Or did you want to try on a tight shirt? It can’t be…”
The youth smiled at him. “You secretly sniffed it, did you?”
Seth’s body stiffened.
Fang Chen took a step forward and whispered, “Brother, do you like me?”
“Last time, I saw it. The apple I had leftover, you took a bite right where my teeth marks were.”
Seth paused, his voice hoarse.
“Yes… I like you. I liked you from the first moment I saw you. I don’t want to see you cry. I want you to be happy every day.”
Fang Chen lowered his head and said nothing.
Seth had never really been nervous or anxious before. His breathing quickened, and he said eagerly, “Fang Chen, baby, you…”
Before he could finish, the Little Lamb suddenly looked up, stood on his tiptoes, and planted a kiss on Seth’s chin.
He blinked his eyes. “Didn’t they say you foreigners are all very direct and open? Why are you so slow?”
Seth’s eyes darkened.
He gritted his teeth, directly lifted Fang Chen by his bottom, and pressed him against the door, a fierce kiss pressing down.
In comparison, Fang Chen’s kiss just now was like a dragonfly touching the water. Seth’s kiss was fierce and heavy, plundering all the air from his mouth, even swallowing his saliva clean.
Fang Chen was almost out of breath. He struggled a bit, but was instead held by the waist and kissed even more fiercely.
“Knock knock knock.”
Someone was knocking on the door.
Fang Chen’s eyes widened, and he pushed Seth hard. But Seth couldn’t care less. He let them knock, ignoring them.
Until Julie’s voice came from outside, “Seth? Fang Chen? Are you in there?”
Fang Chen was startled and pushed Seth away with even more force.
The door opened. Julie looked at the two people in front of her and was stunned.
Seth’s face was unhappy, looking as if he was holding back his anger, like he hadn’t eaten enough. Next to him, Fang Chen had his head down, looking pitiful.
Thinking about what the butler had just said, Julie asked anxiously, “Did you two fight?”
Seth frowned. “What are you talking about? No.”
“I didn’t ask you!” Julie glared at him, then turned to Fang Chen, her tone softening. “Baby, Seth didn’t bully you, did he?”
Fang Chen buried his head and shook it.
But in his heart, he was nodding tearfully.
Of course he bullied me. He kissed my mouth until it was swollen.
He didn’t even dare to look up. He stammered a few words in response, then ran back to his room with his head down.
Watching Fang Chen run away, Julie’s face was cold towards Seth. “I’m warning you, don’t you bully Fang Chen just because he has a good temper.”
Seth smiled faintly. “I didn’t bully him.”
I just want to fck him.*
While Julie was worried that the two were fighting, she had no idea that her son had already pressed the person down and kissed him until he was dizzy.
