Chapter 44: Jiang Shi, You Almost Kicked It Out of Me…
Jiang Shi instinctively wanted to flee, but Cheng Ye’s outstretched arms trapped him firmly in the middle, forcing him to meet his gaze.
“Cheng Ye, do you know what you’re saying?”
“I know.” Cheng Ye chuckled and, before Jiang Shi could react, suddenly bent down, wrapped his arms around his waist, and lifted him onto the desk.
Next to them was the computer. Sunlight streamed in through the half-open window, and the fan swiveled its head.
Cheng Ye squeezed between Jiang Shi’s legs. They remained at different heights; with the slightest movement, Jiang Shi’s forehead could brush against Cheng Ye’s lips.
Jiang Shi lowered his eyes. The breath that wasn’t his own landed on his forehead, bringing a tingling itch.
“After you kissed me that night, I couldn’t sleep well for days. My dreams were filled with you, tossing and turning. But the young master kisses and runs, saying nothing, doing nothing. A heartbreaker is probably more sentimental than you.”
“But I still can’t help but think of you, Young Master. I think of you so much it hurts everywhere. Just take pity on me, kiss me, Young Master.”
“…”
Jiang Shi pursed his lips, his fingertips burning.
How could someone say such shameless things…
He reached out and pushed Cheng Ye’s shoulder. “Back off. You’re always trying to kiss. What do you think our relationship is?”
Cheng Ye pressed even closer instead.
From the outside, his tall frame almost completely enveloped Jiang Shi, with only a pair of fair legs extending from the desk to rest on Cheng Ye’s waist.
“It can be whatever you think it is,” Cheng Ye said.
“A whim, a one-night stand, friends, lovers… I’m even willing to be the young master’s dog. Whatever you want it to be, our relationship is for you to decide.”
“You know I won’t change, and I won’t leave.”
He looked down at Jiang Shi. It was an exceptionally aggressive posture, yet his expression was restrained, so restrained it was cautious, with a plea showing in his eyes.
“Young Master…”
“I want to taste you.”
“…”
Jiang Shi’s eyelids burned even more intensely.
He really couldn’t be as shameless as Cheng Ye. The biggest concession he could make was to not move.
He didn’t move, and Cheng Ye didn’t move either.
Jiang Shi’s ears grew redder and redder. Finally unable to bear it any longer, he reached out to push Cheng Ye, wanting to get down and end this absurd conversation.
The moment his hand touched the young man’s shoulder, it was caught and held. Then, he was pulled forward, his hand placed on the back of Cheng Ye’s neck.
The next second, dry lips pressed against Jiang Shi’s.
Cheng Ye seemed to be very fond of that upturned pearl of his lip. He first rubbed against it, then took it into his mouth, moistening it before licking it with his tongue.
Jiang Shi’s half-lowered eyelashes trembled. Unable to bear this intimate play, his closed lips parted slightly, wanting to say something.
But the moment he opened his mouth, a tongue slipped in, shattering all his words.
Things were starting to spiral out of control…
With a bang, Jiang Shi’s back knocked the computer askew. The keyboard and mouse were swept to the floor as he was moved from the edge of the desk to its center.
Behind him was the old, blackened wooden wall of Cheng Ye’s house. In front of him was a scorching chest. Cheng Ye, a size larger than him, clamped his jaw with one hand, the calloused pads of his fingers caressing his fair cheek. The slightest hint of retreat from Jiang Shi would be met with this hand gripping his face with exceptional force.
He was forced to comply, his head tilted back as if in sacrifice.
Where was the pitiful look Cheng Ye had just now?
He plundered Jiang Shi’s mouth like a dog, unwilling to let even a drop of saliva go. After a stormy plunder, he would then use the tip of his tongue to savor it slowly, a lewd and debauched caress.
He kissed Jiang Shi until his eyelashes were misty with moisture. He pushed several times but couldn’t get him away. Finally, in desperation, he bit Cheng Ye.
Cheng Ye paused, a bit of clarity returning to his eyes. He released the hand clamping Jiang Shi’s jaw and finally consented to withdraw from his mouth.
His body temperature was high enough to melt a person, his breathing ragged, his eyes dark.
He reached out and wiped away the tear clinging to Jiang Shi’s eyelashes. In front of him, he stuck out the tip of his tongue—bright red, with a trace of blood on it.
It was from Jiang Shi’s bite.
Cheng Ye curled his tongue, swallowing the blood mixed with his saliva.
“Little Young Master, why are you crying? I’m not crying even after you bit me like this.”
Jiang Shi: “…”
Cheng Ye licked his lips and bent down to approach Jiang Shi again, his tone just as pitiful as before. “Young Master, one more kiss, okay? I’ll be gentle.”
Jiang Shi would be a fool to believe him.
Seeing Cheng Ye’s face approaching, Jiang Shi hurriedly lifted his foot and kicked him. In his haste, he didn’t look where he was aiming. Only after kicking did he realize he had kicked Cheng Ye’s abdomen.
The young man staggered back two steps from the kick and looked down.
“Jiang Shi, you almost kicked it out of me.”
Jiang Shi also looked down.
“…”
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!
How can such a shameless man exist!!
The consequence of Cheng Ye’s shamelessness was that Jiang Shi got angry and ignored him until school started.
Gao Xinhe, having learned from experience, no longer acted as cannon fodder between the two. The moment he saw Jiang Shi get angry, he fled faster than anyone, though his gaze towards Cheng Ye was still full of condemnation.
“You clearly know my little cousin has a bad temper, yet you always provoke him. Are you doing it on purpose?”
Cheng Ye: “…”
He was mentally calculating how much money he had left and planning what to buy to appease Jiang Shi. Hearing Gao Xinhe’s words, he paused.
“I was before, but this time, I really wasn’t.”
Gao Xinhe looked unconvinced.
School started early. Before Cheng Ye could buy his peace offering, they entered their third year of high school.
The start of school began with a placement exam.
Cheng Ye was even more afraid than Jiang Shi that he wouldn’t do well. He eagerly held a book and stood by Jiang Shi’s bed. “Jiang Shi, should I mark the key points for you?”
Jiang Shi, facing away from Cheng Ye with his phone, heard his voice and threw the water cup next to him at him. “Get lost.”
After throwing it, he remembered the phone was also bought by Cheng Ye. Now finding the phone an eyesore as well, he threw it into his arms. “And your phone can get lost too.”
Cheng Ye held the water cup and the phone, his expression a mix of honesty and grievance. “Jiang Shi…”
Jiang Shi threw a pillow at his face. “You dare say my name again!”
Now, whenever Cheng Ye said his name, Jiang Shi’s mind was filled with the image of him in black pants, looking down.
In the same tone, flat and calm, saying he had almost kicked it out of him.
Ahhhhhh!!!
Jiang Shi couldn’t take it anymore. He pulled the covers over his head, determined to ignore Cheng Ye for good.
Passerby Qiu Maolin watched, terrified.
He thought, Jiang Shi really has a bad temper. Cheng Ye looks so honest, yet he’s bullied by Jiang Shi every day.
Well, it couldn’t really be called bullying, since he noticed Cheng Ye seemed to enjoy it.
Their dynamic was strange. Qiu Maolin felt he was just a thin layer of paper away from understanding the truth, but unfortunately, he was a straight man.
Having seen too much, the straight man was tired and just wanted to vent to someone. So, he thought of Li Caiying.
They met in the same spot as last time. Li Caiying was still studiously holding her notebook, her eyes full of a thirst for knowledge as she looked at Qiu Maolin.
“You’re saying Jiang Shi and Cheng Ye are fighting again?”
“You bet…” Qiu Maolin said miserably. “It’s been like this since the first day of school. Jiang Shi is like a hedgehog with its spines raised. The moment Cheng Ye touches him, he gets a face full of quills. How does Cheng Ye put up with him?”
Li Caiying discreetly glanced behind her.
Jiang Shi was reading with his head down. Cheng Ye had taken her seat and was sitting next to Jiang Shi. His pocket was like Doraemon’s, pulling out small cookies, chocolate, milk candies…
For everything he pulled out, Jiang Shi threw one away.
Li Caiying shifted slightly, pricking up her ears.
Behind her, Cheng Ye’s voice was low. “Young Master, don’t be angry anymore. Even if you’re angry, you can’t skip meals. You can hit me or scold me. If you’re still mad, you can kick me too.”
Jiang Shi’s face darkened another shade.
Cheng Ye also recalled something unpleasant. He paused. “Last time was an accident.”
“An accident?” Jiang Shi snorted coldly. “Was it an accident or on purpose?”
“It was an impulse I couldn’t control.”
“…”
“Cheng Ye, get lost.”
After trying to coax him for so long, he only got angrier. Cheng Ye rubbed his nose. “I’m sorry. How about you punish me by making me kneel by your bed for three days?”
Jiang Shi thought with a cold face, making Cheng Ye kneel by his bed might as well be a reward for him.
He turned his head away and said nothing.
Cheng Ye pulled his chair closer. “Young Master, I really didn’t mean it. It was my first time, I couldn’t control it. I’ll be gentler next time.”
“…”
Jiang Shi reached out and covered his mouth. “Shut up! Why do you say everything out loud? What if someone hears?”
After speaking, he glanced around.
Cheng Ye sat in the last row. When he moved forward, there was no one behind him. In front, Li Caiying was hunched over, curled into a ball. Qiu Maolin leaned closer to her. “What’s wrong with you? Why is your face so red?”
Jiang Shi shot a suspicious look over.
Li Caiying grabbed Qiu Maolin’s hand. “I-I’m on my period. Come with me to the bathroom.”
The straight man Qiu Maolin: “??”
Though Li Caiying was small and thin, she somehow found the strength to drag Qiu Maolin out.
Qiu Maolin: “Hey… wait, period is what?”
“Also, I’m a guy…”
…
The exam was the next day.
As soon as it was over, the grade-level teachers worked overtime to grade the papers and divide the classes based on scores.
Jiang Shi’s comprehension wasn’t great, but the school wasn’t very demanding. Being forced to study by Cheng Ye during the holiday allowed him to barely scrape into Class 1 with the second-to-last rank.
Gao Xinhe was last.
After a summer, Gao Xinhe was even darker, flashing a mouthful of white teeth when he smiled. “What a coincidence, hehe…”
Jiang Shi: “…”
The homeroom teacher was still Chen Yi.
She called all the students out into the hallway and clapped her hands in front of everyone. “Quiet! Quiet! Line up according to your scores. First place at the front, and so on.”
The two with the worst scores silently retreated to the back.
Cheng Ye stood at the front, a good half a head taller than everyone behind him. Who knows what he ate to grow so tall.
After they finally lined up, the seats were assigned by rank. Cheng Ye sat in the front row.
Jiang Shi and Gao Xinhe were relegated to being the unlucky gatekeepers at the back.
Gao Xinhe looked to his right. “Little cousin…”
Jiang Shi looked to his left. “Big cousin…”
They hadn’t even looked at each other for a minute when Cheng Ye, in the front row, raised his hand. “Teacher, I’m too tall. I’m blocking the other students.”
A guy over 1.8 meters tall, planted right under the teacher’s desk, looked as strange as could be.
Chen Yi’s gaze paused, and she glanced down the rows.
Cheng Ye added, “Gao Xinhe is nearsighted. I can switch seats with him.”
Gao Xinhe, with his 5.1 vision: “??”
