On the third day after the wedding, the guests began their return journeys home.
According to the original plan, the two grooms were supposed to leave the island with them, but due to some uncontrollable factors from the wedding night, Groom #1 had a susceptibility period flare-up. The two had no choice but to stay on the island for their “honeymoon.”
After two rounds of treatment, Fu Rangyi’s malignant syndrome had improved. His emotional symptoms like anxiety and self-loathing were very mild. However, the use of inhibitors was strictly forbidden during the course of treatment. Thus, Zhu Zhixi experienced a more prolonged and unforgettable susceptibility period than the one in C-City.
This time, Fu Rangyi was conscious for most of it. To say it was debauchery would be an overstatement, as he was too rational, but he wasn’t as restrained as he was outside his susceptibility period. He was creative with locations and methods, yet very mindful of Zhu Zhixi’s feelings, never hurting him. In the last few days, Zhu Zhixi felt in a daze as if he had really become an Omega, one in heat at that. The moment Fu Rangyi came near him, before he even did anything, without even a touch of a finger, he would melt into a puddle.
Reason made Zhu Zhixi want to refuse several times, even blurting out fierce threats like “I’ll call the police if you do it again.” But when it really happened, Zhu Zhixi realized he was thoroughly enjoying it. Even his tears weren’t from pain. If the police came, they would probably think he was making a false report…
Zhu Zhixi was incredibly grateful he had come to play for a few days beforehand; otherwise, his only impression of this small island would be this highly private luxury wilderness hotel.
On one occasion, he was leaning against the edge of the semi-open-air bathtub, drowsily staring at the orange sun about to set into the sea. When he looked down, he saw four hermit crabs crawling on the beach outside and thought he was hallucinating from the pain of being knotted. It wasn’t until those few hermit crabs climbed up the steps and nearly pinched his hand hanging outside the tub.
This incident even made Fu Rangyi laugh.
“What are you laughing at?” Zhu Zhixi, in his arms, blindly directed him. “Hurry up and catch these hermit crabs. I’ll roast them for dinner tonight.” Fu Rangyi suppressed his smile but said, “I’m also a hermit crab residing right now. I’m afraid I can’t help.”
“You! Fu Rangyi, you’re so annoying.”
“Annoying again? I’m truly sorry about that.”
“Fu Rangyi, if you’re sorry, why are you moving…”
A certain someone pretended not to understand and even asked, “Has your reproductive cavity gotten a little bigger again?”
Did it “grow” on its own? Zhu Zhixi was very angry, adding another small bite mark to Fu Rangyi’s already scarred shoulder.
Afterward, he ordered Fu Rangyi to catch hermit crabs all over the room. He didn’t catch any, but they did have crab for dinner, a pure, deshelled version prepared by a certain someone’s hands. After eating and drinking his fill, Zhu Zhixi, his wounds healed and pain forgotten, fell for the foxy spirit’s seduction once again and was lured back to bed.
“One more time and we’re getting a divorce, I’m serious!” Zhu Zhixi lay on the bed, kicking Fu Rangyi’s chest with his foot, only to have it caught and his calf bitten.
Fu Rangyi smiled. “You like ex-husband play that much? If we’re divorced, I won’t hold back.” Zhu Zhixi was about to faint. “Have you been holding back? Have you?”
After that, he really did faint and discovered that “ex-husband-gege” was indeed not lying.
It wasn’t until the seventh day after the wedding that they boarded their rebooked flight. Zhu Zhixi slept through most of it. Usually having a good appetite, he barely ate a few bites of his meal. When he woke up midway, he groggily went to the restroom and caused a bit of a mix-up.
“Sir, the Alpha restroom is this way,” a flight attendant said with a smile, gesturing to guide him. Zhu Zhixi was still dazed from sleep and took a while to react before honestly saying, “But I’m a Beta.” The flight attendant’s years of professional training and smile slipped. “You…” Zhu Zhixi, yawning, entered the Beta restroom.
Due to the excessive number of times he had been knotted, the S-pheromones on his body were so domineering that no other pheromones could cling to him for a short period. More accurately, even if they did, they would be completely covered. The concentration and purity were so high that one wouldn’t immediately think of marking, but rather that it was completely integrated with him as a person.
Beta Xiao Zhu, who had received an SA experience card, was oblivious to this. The real SA himself, however, wore a bracelet and a neck ring, not leaking a single bit of pheromones, and seemed more like a Beta.
After a long flight, the two finally landed in S-City. The first thing was to go to the Zhu family home for dinner. Zhu Zeran had already sent a driver to pick them up. While waiting for the car, Zhu Zhixi leaned completely against Fu Rangyi, boneless, scrolling through the comments under the vlog.
But his ears were sharp. He thought he heard someone call Fu Rangyi’s name. He looked up, glanced around, and saw a pair of young girls standing not far away, seemingly also waiting for a car. The moment he looked over, they were startled and turned their heads, avoiding his gaze in a panic.
He had a feeling they weren’t his fans, otherwise they would have greeted him. So he nudged Fu Rangyi with his elbow. “Husband.”
“Hmm?” Fu Rangyi turned his head. The brim of his baseball cap bumped the edge of Zhu Zhixi’s fisherman’s hat. So he simply pushed it up a bit, lowered his head, and kissed his nose. “What’s wrong?”
“Are those your students?” Zhu Zhixi tilted his chin towards the girls. “I heard them mention you just now.”
Fu Rangyi looked over, but the two girls immediately turned their backs to them. Zhu Zhixi burst out laughing. “No need to look. They definitely are.”
At this, Fu Rangyi had a very bad feeling. In a few days, he had to go back to school to guide students on their papers. Going back like this was not going to work. On the way, he logged onto the S University forum, wanting to request a post deletion, only to find that it was a deluge, endless. The funny thing was, he had even received a message sent by a student by mistake. Even funnier, it was an Alpha student.

After sending it, Fu Rangyi read it over a few times himself and judged it to be too restrained, lacking in attack power and lethality. It wasn’t until a few minutes later, when he received a “kneeling gently” emoji from the student, that he felt a little better.
But he had already clicked on the gossip thread the student had mistakenly sent him a few minutes earlier. Seeing the title, he knew it was a fresh, hot-off-the-press post— My reward for a lifetime of a balanced diet has come!! Ran into FRY and his wife at the airport!

On July 12th, he posted a photo of a meal, and the IP was already in the country. Someone in the comments asked where the grooms were, and he replied that the grooms were too happy to leave. Plus, in the vlog, Xiao Xi mentioned a certain someone’s susceptibility period. We were all betting they wouldn’t be back for a while. I didn’t expect them to stay for a whole extra week! A week!!

Post #14: Someone went to that exhibition last winter. Xiao Xi is completely different in a professional setting. Super professional, has that curator aura. It’s hard to describe, just very high EQ, great at socializing, makes you feel like you’re basking in a spring breeze. And his problem-solving skills are also very strong, both light and able to command the room. But in front of FRY, he’s a completely different person, so good at acting cute. No wonder the iceberg melted like that. Admit it, Teacher Fu, you fell in love at first sight!
Post #15 (OP): Continuing the live report! It was my friend who recognized him first (she really binge-watched all of Xiao Xi’s videos overnight). The whole time, Teacher Xixi was leaning on FRY, his chin resting on his shoulder. He even blew in FRY’s ear while he was looking at his phone, poked his phone screen, and pretended to bite Fu Rangyi’s ear from a distance (it was just air, really). So cute, ooooh.
Post #16: I’m the OP’s friend! Adding something for her: when Xiao Xi was pretending to bite his ear, Teacher Fu even turned to look at him, seemed to say something like “Are you playing castanets?” and pinched Xiao Xi’s lips.

Post #19 (OP): Almost forgot a super important thing!!! You guys have no idea how strong the pheromones are on Teacher Xiao Xi right now. I could smell it from several meters away (S-pheromones are pretty intense anyway). A lot of Alphas passing by turned their heads.

Damn, he seems like the type of Alpha who would secretly get up in the middle of the night to prepare a picnic basket if his wife said she wanted to go on a picnic.
Post #25: I stalked a lot of their wedding guests’ Instagrams. There’s a picture of Xiao Xi lying on a beach hammock with him standing next to it, pushing it. Someone in the comments said it was so sweet, and that guest replied that Xiao Xi’s feet were clean and he didn’t want to wear his slippers again and get sand on them, so FRY carried him all the way back. He’s just spoiling him rotten.

Post #38: That’s a really old nickname. I heard it was from when FRY was in grad school. During fieldwork, everyone got tanned dark, but he was the only one who didn’t, staying all fair and clean. He was also the youngest, so his senior brothers and sisters jokingly called him that.
